摘    要:目的:探讨常规分割放疗和超分割放疗对鼻咽癌组织细胞增殖凋亡的影响。方法:采用TdT酶介导的生物素化dutp缺口末端标记技术(TUNEL)和免疫组织化学S-P法,分别检测60例鼻咽癌患者在放疗第2周和第4周时细胞凋亡率(apoptosis rate,AR)和增殖细胞核抗原(proliferation cell nhuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达。结果:常规分割放疗组放疗第4周后的AR

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of conventional and hyperfraction radiotherapy on apoptosis and proliferation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods Sixty cases of NPC were divided into two groups(conventional radiotherapy group and hyperfractionation radiotherapy group).Paraffin-embedded tissue blocks were obtained at the second and the fourth week of radiotherapy.The apoptosis rate(AR) and the expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were examined by terminal oxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) and immunohistochemical s-p staining.Results The AR in the second week of conventional radiotherapy was higher and the expression of PCNA was lower compared with that in the fourth week(P<0.01);but there was no difference between the second and the fourth week in hyperfractionation radiotherapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion The decrease of apoptosis and the increase of proliferation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma during conventional radiotherapy shows that it is necessary to increase dose and fractions radiotion.
