脑梗死患者脑脊液中白细胞介素-6检测的临床价值

目的　探讨脑梗死患者脑脊液 (CSF)中白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )的水平及临床价值。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心 (ELISA)法 ,检测 2 0例脑梗死患者及 10例对照组CSF中IL 6的水平 ,并进行动态观察。结果　脑梗死患者各时间点的CSF中IL 6的水平 ,显著高于正常对照组 ,3天内达高峰 ,发病初CSF中IL 6的水平与 3个月后的脑损伤容积明显相关 (r =0 .6 3,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　脑梗死患者CSF中IL 6的水平的测定 ,可作为判断脑损伤程度的一项早期指标。

Measurement of interleukin-6 in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical value

Objective To explore the level of interleukin 6(IL 6) in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical implication.Methods The levels of IL 6 in CSF were measured in 20 patients with cerebral infarction and 10 normal controls by using ELISA. Serial observations were performed.Results The CSF level of IL 6 in patients with cerebral infarction significantly increased compared with that of controls during the whole observation penriod, with a peak level within 3 days. The initial level of IL 6 in CSF was significantly correlated with the volume of infarct measured by MRI 2 to 3 months later( r = 0.63 , P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The level of IL 6 in CSF in patients with cerebral infarction may be used to assess the extent of brain damage soon after stroke onset.
