短波、抗生素及前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎110例

目的探讨体外短波热疗、抗生素及前列安栓对慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择慢性前列腺炎患者110例,应用体外短波热疗联合左氧氟沙星片加利福平胶囊及前列安栓治疗,疗程4周。按照美国国立卫生研究所前列腺炎症状评分标准（NIH-CPSI）和前列腺液常规（EPS）指标变化结果评估疗效。结果全组平均随访8.6个月,治愈28.2%（31例）,显效33.6%（37例）,有效24.5%（27例）,无效13.6%（15例）,总有效率86.4%。结论体外短波热疗、抗生素及前列安栓对慢性前列腺炎有良好疗效。

Treatment of chronic prostatitis with ectoshortwave,antibiotics and prostant

Objective To study the efficacy of etcoshortwave therapy combined with antibiotics and prostant in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods 110 cases of chronic prostatitis were treated with ectoshortwave therapy, antibiotics and prostant. The CPSI＆EPS were used to evaluate the efficacy of treatment. Results All cases were followed up for an average of 8.6 months （6 - 12 months）. Based on the CPSI＆EPS, the curative rate was 28.2 %, the remarkable effective rate was 33.6%, and the improving rate was 24.5%. The total effective rate was 86.4% and the noneffective rate was 13.6% respectively. Conclusion Etcoshortwave therapy combined with antibiotics and prostant may be an effective therapy for chronic prostatitis.
