维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况与其应对方式、社会支持的调查研究

目的调查维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况、应对方式和社会支持度,比较他们心理健康状况、应对方式、社会支持度与健康对照组的异同,并且探讨其应对方式和社会支持度对其心理健康状况的预测度。方法用症状自评量表、简易应对方式问卷和社会支持评定量表对患者组和对照组进行问卷调查,使用SPSS15.0统计软件对数据进行t检验、积差相关和多重逐步回归分析。结果患者心理健康状况、社会支持和积极应对方式显著低于对照组,消极应对方式则高于对照组。其积极应对、社会支持度总得分、主观社会支持度以及客观支持度与其心理健康状况有显著相关。同时两种应对方式和主观社会支持度被纳入多重回归。结论患者较健康群体心理健康状况低下,具体应对方式和社会支持度对其心理健康状况有显著预测作用。

A study on mental health, coping styles and social support in chronic hemodialysis patients

Objective The aim of this study was to assess mental health condition, coping styles and social support in chronic hemodialysis patients, to compare the 3 parameters with those from healthy control group, and to discuss patients＇ coping styles and social support for the prediction of their mental health. Methods Chronic hemodialysis patients and their control subjects were surveyed with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ） and Social Support Rating System （SSRS）. Data were analyzed by t test, product moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis using the software SPSS15.0. Result Mental health condition, social support and positive coping style were significantly lower in patients than in the control group, while passive coping style was higher in patient group. Their positive coping styles, total score for social support, subjective social support and objective social support correlated significantly with their mental health condition. Either two coping styles or subjective social support were accepted by the multiple stepwise regression model. Conclusion The mental health was relatively worse in chronic hemodialysis patients than in control group. Specific coping style and social support were useful for the prediction of mental health condition.
