痤疮患者血清性激素水平的研究

采用放射免疫法测定了33例痤疮患者血清黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、睾酮（T）、孕酮（P）水平。发现女性患者LH、FSH、E2皆低于正常组（P＜0．001），T与正常组差异不显著（P＞0．05），P高于正常组（P＜0．01）。男性患者LH、FSH低于正常组（P＜0．001），E2和T较正常组差异不显著（P＞0．05）。提示血清LH、FSH水平的异常可能在痤疮发病中起一定作用。

Study on serum sex hormones level with acne patients

This study detected the serum concentrations of luteinizing hormone (L H), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH ), estradiol 2 (E2), testosterone (T) and progesterone(p) of 33 cases of acne patients by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the levels of LH, FSH, E2 of female patients were all lower than those of normal controls(P < 0. 001 ). The level of testosterone of female patients was not significantly different from that of controls (P > 0. 05 ), and the level of progesterone of female patients was significantly higher than that of controls (P < 0. 01 ). The levels of LH, FSH of male patients were all lower than those of normal controls(P < 0. 001 ). The levels Of E2 and T of male patients were not significantly different from normal controls(P > 0. 05). The result suggests that the ahnormality of serum LH, FSH concentration may play a role in the pathogenesis of acne.
