论血虚体质的特征

归纳血虚体质主要有以下特征：多见于婴幼儿及老年人；多见于女性；心、脾、肝肾等脏腑功能失常为内在病理基础，容易与气虚、津亏、阴 虚兼夹；主要 表现为少神，面体色泽瘘黄或淡白、无光泽，形体消瘦，姿态衰惫，脉多涩、微、芤、虚等，与失神或神乱、寒热、疼痛、惊悸怔忡、月经失调等病证的发生密切相关；内在实质变化主要有血液有形成分减少，能量代谢功能降低，免疫功能降低，心功能降低等。
