摘    要:通过数据挖掘研究甘草在方剂中的配伍应用规律。应用计算机编程将中医方剂数据库中含有甘草的26 185首方剂信息读取为便于数据分析的形式,统计与甘草配伍较多的中药,对甘草与这些中药的配比,所治疾病科属,方剂功效及配比与科属、功效间的联系进行挖掘。通过数据挖掘发现甘草常与人参、当归、茯苓、芍药、姜、白术等药配伍应用,各药对配伍时常用比例多为1∶1,多用于内科疾病,常见方剂功效包括清热、止痛、化痰止咳平喘、温里、补虚、止呕、祛风化湿等。甘草的药性及功效是其配伍应用的基础,通过配伍应用起到增效减毒的目的,为甘草功效基础研究提供依据,为其临床应用提供参考。
