| 摘 要： | 目的总结结核性全肺毁损的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析26例结核性全肺毁损外科治疗临床资料。结果手术无死亡,25例痰菌阳性病例全部转阴,术后并发症发生率为26.9%。结论外科治疗结核性肺毁损临床效果满意,尤其全肺和并发曲霉菌病。

| Abstract: | Object To summarize the experience surgical treatment for the patients induced by tuberculosis of pulmonary damaged.Method Retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of tuberculosis of the whole clinical treatment of 26cases of pulmonary damage.Results No operaive mortality.All 25cases of sputum-positive cases was negative;Postoperative complication rate was 26.9%.Conclusion Surgical treatment of tuberculosis of pulmonary damage were satisfactory with the clinical results ;the dragon and Its wholly concurrent pulmonary as pergillosis. |
