| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童视网膜脱离(retinaldetachment,RD)的临床特点及其护理措施。方法:对近2a我院收住的18例儿童RD进行临床分析,并对护理要点进行总结。结果:外伤是儿童RD最主要的病因;积极的护理措施可促进疾病的良性转归。结论:儿童的防护教育是预防RD发病的必要措施;做好围手术期准备,保持术后正确体位,及加强心理护理和出院指导,是护理工作的中心任务。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic and nursing methods of children with retinal detachment.Methods To analyze the clinical bihaviors and summarize the nursing methods of 18 cases of children with retinal detachment staying at our department from June,2002 to June,2004.Results Trauma is the chief factor of children with retinal detachment; postive nursing can improve the prognosi.Conclusion Prophylactic education plays a key role in preventive. Preoperative and after-operative care, correct postur and psychological nursing, and discharge instruction are the major task of nursing. |
