双对比剂充盈增强螺旋CT对胃癌术前分期的应用评价

目的：探讨双对比剂充盈、MSCT动态增强结合三维重建技术在胃癌术前分期中的应用价值.材料与方法：收集38例经手术证实的胃癌患者行螺旋CT平扫、三期动态增强检查及三维重建平扫,结合MPR、CTVG及SSD等后处理技术进行TNM分期,以探讨多排螺旋CT对胃癌术前分期的价值.结果：38例患者中T分期总的准确率为71.05％,N分期的准确率为76.32％,M分期的准确率为92.11％.结论：双对比剂充盈增强螺旋CT充分利用了两种口服对比剂各自的优点,相互补充,能较准确的进行术前分期,具有较大的临床应用价值.

Valuation of Enhancing MSCT with Two Oral Contrast Medium Filling Method in TNM Staging of Gastric Carcinoma

Purpose： The purpose was to define the value of multislice spiral CT in staging of gastric carcinoma through double contrast medium and contrast enhancement scan and three-dimensional reconstruction scanning. Materials and Methods： Forty-five cases of gastric cancer were examined by MSCT before operation which underwent plain scanning, triphase enhancement scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction scanning. All cases were proved by surgery. Results： In 38 cases, the accuracy of MSCT to predict T staging was 71.05%. N staging 76. 32% , M staging 92. 11%. Conclusion： Enhancing MSCT with two oral contrast medium filling method could obtain high accuracy in preoperative TNM staging, which has great clinical value in the preoperative TNM staging of gastric carcinoma.
