5个电视台晚间新闻节目报道健康相关信息的内容分析

目的了解国内和国外不同地域的电视台在晚间主要新闻节目播放健康相关信息的情况，并进行比较，对新闻节目播放健康相关信息提出建议。方法对5个不同地域的电视台即中央一台、广东珠江台、广东佛山台、香港明珠台、美国ABC电视网的晚间新闻用简单随机抽样的方法抽取2005年8月和12月各10天作为样本，即时或录像记录当晚播放的30分钟主要新闻节目内容。结果记录5个电视台1820条晚间新闻，其中健康相关信息有117条。健康相关信息播放率：中央一台新闻联播为2．39％、广东珠江台新闻为9．83％、广东佛山台新闻为2．82％、香港明珠台新闻为9．74％、美国ABC新闻为10．50％。结论国内电视台通过新闻节目播放健康相关信息与境外和国外比较明显偏低，播放频率和深度亟待提高。

Contents analysis on health-related information on evening news of five different television stations

Objective To investigate the situation of news coverage of the health-related information in different domestic and overseas television （TV） stations. Methods Five television stations were selected, the domestic TV stations were CCTV-1, Guangdong Zhujiang TV station, Guangdong Foshan TV station; and overseas TV stafions were Hong Kong Pearl TV station and American ABC TV net. There were 20 days of 30 minutes major evening news selected by simply sampling in August and December 2005. The numbers were collected by instant recording or kinescope recording with self-designed investigation tables. There were three tables used in the recording, which were classification of news, category of health-related information and the degree of coverage for health-related information. Results There were total 1820 pieces of evening news recorded in the 20 days from 5 TV stations. The health-related information accounted for 117 pieces. The broadcasting ratios of bealth-related information were 2.39%, 9.83%, 2.82%, 9.74%, 10.50% in CCTV-1 news, Guangdong Zhujiang TV news, Guangdong Foshan TV news, Hong Kong Pearl TV news and American ABC TV news respectively （X^2 =41.41, P〈0.01 ）. As for the content of the bealth-related information, Hong Kong Pearl news and American ABC news had the highest recording of disease prevention presentation compared to the other TV stations （X^2 = 38.46, P〈0.01 ）. Zhujiang news and Pearl news also had the highest coverage of food safety. About the degree of coverage for health-related information, the domestic TV news focused on simple report but the overseas TV news concentrated on detail report （X^2 =25.16, P=0.01 ）. Conclusion The broadcasting ratio of health-related information in domestic TV evening news should be increased, and the degree of bealth-related information should be extended.
