摘    要:目的研究不同级别人脑胶质瘤MMP-9、E-cad、nm23的表达变化。方法采用免疫组化方法检测96例人脑胶质瘤组织中MMP-9、E-cad、nm23的表达。按照2007年WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类标准分级:Ⅰ级4例,Ⅱ级35例,Ⅲ级27例,Ⅳ级30例。另选取5例正常脑组织作为对照组,均为非颅内疾病死亡的尸检标本。结果随着胶质瘤病理级别增高,MMP-9表达显著增加(rs=-0.322,P〈0.01),nm23表达显著降低(rs=-0.355,P〈0.05)。E-cad阳性表达与胶质瘤级别无明显相关性(P〉0.05)。MMP-9与E-cad表达呈显著负相关(rs=-0.440,P〈0.01),E-cad与nm23表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.325,P〈0.01)。结论MMP-9、E-cad、nm23在不同级别胶质瘤中表达水平不一样。

Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9, E-cadherin and nm23 in human brain gliomas

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), E-cadherin(E-cad) and nm23 in human gliomas.MethodsThe glioma tissues were collected from 96 patients with glioma, of whom, 4, 35, 27 and 30 patients were belonged to WHO(2007) gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ, respectively. The normal brain tissues were collected from 5 patients who died of non-intracranial disease. The expressions of MMP-9, E-cad and nm23 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.ResultsThe expression level of MMP-9 was significantly positively correlated with the grade of glioma(rs =0.322;P〈0.01). The expression level of nm23 was significantly negatively correlated with the grade of glioma(rs =-0.355;P〈0.05). The expression of E-cad had no significant correlation with the grade of glioma(P〈0.05). The expression level of MMP-9 was significantly negatively correlated with the expression level of E-cad in glioma tissues(rs =-0.440;P〈0.01). The expression level of nm23 was significantly positively correlated with the expression level of E-cad in glioma tissues(rs =0.325;P〈0.01). There was no significant correlation between MMP-9 and nm23(P〈0.05).ConclusionsThe expression levels of MMP-9, E-cad and nm23 are different in different gliomas. Up-regulation of MMP-9 and down-regulation of nm23 may be involved the process of invasion and metastasis of human brain gliomas.
