| 摘 要： | 本文对保定市社区卫生服务的筹资及可能的政府定额补助方案补偿额进行了测算与分析。按照当前实际成本测算所需筹资额为每人 5 5元 ,按标准成本参考值测算所需筹资额为每人 3 1 9元 ;若用标准成本参考值并按需要测算 ,筹资额为每人 7 78元。另外 ,社区卫生服务的补偿现状和可能的补偿途径、不同补偿内容以及补偿数额都进行了测算和分析 ,并提出了相应的政策建议

| Abstract: | The amount of financing of community health services in Baoding City and the amount of compensation of government were estimated in this article.According to the actual costs,the amount of financing reimbursed by the government is 5 5 Yuan per person and that in the light of standard costs is 3 19 Yuan per capita.According to the community health services needs and the standard item costs,the amount of financing reimbursed by the government is up to 7 78 Yuan per capita.In addition,the present situation of reimbursement,various financing and reimbursement methods were estimated and analyzed.It made some suggestions of policies in this paper. |
