| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究GLUT1mRNA在食管癌组织及正常食管黏膜的表达水平。方法 :对 16例食管癌病人手术标本的肿瘤组织及正常食管黏膜进行总RNA的提取 ,并进行GLUT1mRNA的RT -PCR扩增。结果 :16例肿瘤组织标本中 ,14例有GLUT1mRNA阳性表达 ;相应的 16例正常组织标本中 ,10例有GLUT1mRNA阳性表达。结论 :GLUT1mRNA在食管癌组织中的表达水平较正常食管黏膜显著升高 ,对于食管癌的早期诊断有一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the expression level of GLUT1 mRNA in the esophageal cancer and normal esophageal mucosa. Method:We isolated total RNA from the tumor tissue and normal esophageal mucosa of 16 patients with esophageal cancer,then amplified the GLUT1 mRNA by RT-PCR. Result:Fourteen of 16 tumor tissue were positive for GLUT1 mRNA, and so did 10 of 16 normal mucosa.There was a significant difference between the expression level of tumor tissue and normal mucosa ( P <0.01). Conclusion:The expression level of GLUT1 mRNA in esophageal cancer is significant higher than in normal esophageal mucosa. It is helpful to early diagnosis of esophageal cancer. |
