参麦注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床观察

目的 :探讨参麦注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的效果。方法 :随机分为治疗组 2 5例和对照组 2 5例 ,两组治疗前后测定血清流变学指标 ,并对比研究其疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 92 % ,对照组总有效率为 6 4%。治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。血液流变学改变 ,与治疗前比较也有显著改善 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,治疗组优于对照组。结论 :参麦注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作患者效果显著 ,且无不良反应

Clinical observation of Shenmai injection on transient cerebral ischemia attack

Objective:It is to explore the effect of Shenmai injection on transient cerebral ischemia attack. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( n =25) and control group ( n =25). The indexs of blood rheology in the two groups were all tested before and after treatment. The curative effects were compared. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92% and 64% respectively. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group ( P <0.01). After treatment the blood rheology indexs of both groups were better than those before treatment ( P< 0.05 or P <0.01), and that of the treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion:Shenmai injection has significant effect and no side effect on transient cerebral ischemia.;
