芪参益气滴丸治疗扩张性心肌病心衰60例

目的观察芪参益气滴丸（天津天士力制药股份有限公司生产）对扩张性心肌病心力衰竭的治疗作用及其对脑钠素（BNP）水平影响。方法 120例扩张性心肌病心衰病人随机分成常规治疗组（对照组）和芪参益气滴丸组（治疗组）,各60例,对照组给予强心、利尿、扩血管、抑制心肌重构等抗心衰治疗,治疗组对照组基础上给予口服芪参益气滴丸,服药时间6个月,分别于服药前及服药后6个月检查超声心动图,血浆BNP浓度,并观察治疗前后两组病人死亡率。结果经6个月治疗后,芪参益气滴丸治疗组死亡率降低（P〈0.05）,血浆BNP水平降低（P〈0.05）,左室舒张末径缩小（P〈0.05）,左室射血分数明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用芪参益气滴丸治疗扩张性心肌病心力衰竭能明显降低血浆BNP的水平,更好地改善扩张性心肌病心衰病人的心功能.降低血浆BNP水平可能是芪参益气滴丸治疗扩张性心肌病心力衰竭的机制之一。

Curative Effect Analysis on Heart Failure in Dilated Cardiomyopathy Patients with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills

Objective To observe the therapeutic action of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in treating heart failure for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and the influence on brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） level. Methods 120 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure were randomly divided into conventional therapy group （control group）, and Qishen Yiqi dropping pills group （treatment group）, each had 60 cases.Control group patients received cardiac, diuresis, vasodilators, inhibit myocardial remodeling and other anti-heart failure therapy. The treatment group was based on the control group therapy plus Qishen Yiqi dropping pills, and medication for 6 months. Before treatment and after medication for 6 months, respectively did examination including echocardiography, plasma BNP level , and observed mortality rates of both groups. Results After 6 months treatment, in Qishen Yiqi dropping pills treatment group ,the mortality rate decreased （P〈0.05）, plasma BNP levels was lower （P〈0.05）, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter narrowed（P〈0.05）, and left ventricular ejection fraction significantly increased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on conventional treatment plus Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in treating heart failure for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, could significantly reduce the level of plasma BNP, and better improved heart function for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. To reduce plasma BNP level Participation might be one of the mechanisms of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in treating heart failure for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
