| 摘 要： | 目的:观察伤筋擦剂对骨性关节炎的抗炎、消肿作用.方法:采用弗氏佐剂致大鼠关节炎、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀等炎症模型,观察了伤筋擦剂的抗炎、消肿作用.结果:伤筋擦剂能明显抑制弗氏佐剂致大鼠关节炎的原发和继发性病变,可明显减轻角叉菜胶致大鼠足的肿胀及二甲苯致小鼠的耳肿胀.结论:伤筋擦剂对骨性关节炎有明显的抗炎、消肿作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: In oder to evaluate the antiinflammatory and detumescent effects of Shangjin Liniment(SJL) on osteoarthritis. Methods: The antiinflammatory and detumescent actions were investigated by the methods of Freund's adjuvant induced osteoarthritis on rats,carrageenin induced foot swelling on rats and xylol induced auricular tumefaction on mice. Results: SJL could inhibit the primary acute inflammatoy swelling and secondary inflammatoy reactions induced by Freund's adjuvant,inhibit the rat foot swelling induced by carrageenin,and inhibit the mouse auriclate tumefaction induced by xylol. Conclusion: SJL has obvious antiinflammatory and detumescent effects on osteoarthritis. |
