| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血浆组织因子途径抑制物（TFPI）抗原含量及活性对子宫内膜癌患者的临床意义。方法 应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法及发色底物法对19例子宫内膜癌患者血浆TFPI抗原含量及活性进行测定。结果 子宫内膜癌患者血浆TFPI抗原含量及活性明显增高。且晚期患者也较早期患者血浆TFPI抗原含量及活性明显增高。结论 监测子宫内膜癌患者血浆TFPI抗原含量及活性有助于诊断及观察病情和判断预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of the quantities and the activity of tissue factor pathway inhibitor(TFPI)on carcinoma of endometrium.Methods Using an quantitative enzyme linked sandwich immunoassay(ELISA)and substrate chromatography to measure the quantities and activity of the TFPI of 19 woman with carcinoma of endometrium.Results The quanties and actitvity of TFPI increased significantly in inmalignant patients and they increased significantly in the late stage of cancer compared to the patients in early stage of cancer.Conclusion Measuring of the quantities and actitvity of TFPI was beneficial to diagnosis,diseases activity evaluation and prognosis. |
