| 摘 要： | 目的观察赤丹通脉胶囊对高脂血症的疗效与安全性。方法随机分组,治疗组30例予赤丹通脉胶囊;对照组30例予脂必妥片,观察治疗前后TC、TG、LDL -C、HDL -C水平。结果治疗组赤丹通脉胶囊临床控制率10 % ,显效率36 .7% ,有效率为33.3% ;对照组脂必妥片临床控制率为6 .7% ,显效率为30 .0 % ,有效率为36 .7% ,两组比较,无统计学意义。结论赤丹通脉胶囊通过活血化瘀、通络降脂、兼补肝肾,对瘀血阻滞型高脂血症有较好疗效,未发现明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect and safety of Chi Dan Tong Mai Capsule on hyperlipidimia patients with manifestation of stagnation of blood. Methods: 60 subjects were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Chi Dan Tong Mai Capsule and 30 patients in the control group were treated with Zhi Bi Tuo Tablet . The therapeutic course for both groups was 6 weeks. To observe the changes of their lipid profile. Conclusion: The Chi Dan Tong Mai Capsule was effective on hyperlipidimia patients with manifestation of stagnation of blood and there have no serious side effects. |
