| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补阳还五汤对早期糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法:41例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组。对照组9例和治疗组32例均采用常规基本治疗,治疗组加服补阳还五汤,治疗8周后观察尿微量白蛋白的变化。结果:两组治疗后尿微量白蛋白均较治疗前降低,但治疗组更明显(P0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤可以减少早期糖尿病肾病尿蛋白排出。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effects of microalbuminuria about Buyanghuanwu decoctionin in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods：41 patients who were diagnosed early diabetic nephropathy were randomLy divided into two groups.9 patients in control group were treated by the normal base method,32 patients in treatment group were treated by the normal base method and Buyanghuanwu decoctionin oral taking,with a treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups,then the therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results：the output of microalbuminuria in treatment group was obviously less than that of control group.Conclusion：oral taking Buyanghuanwu decoctionin to treatment early diabetic nephropathy can decrease the output of microalbuminuria. |
