| 摘 要： | 目的总结腔静脉肺动脉双向分流术（双向GLENN术）治疗复杂先天性心脏病临床经验。方法回顾复杂先天性心脏病患儿44例。常温非体外循环下手术39例，建立上腔静脉与右心房转流；浅低温体外循环下手术5例，主动脉不阻断；同时存在左上腔静脉6例，行双侧双向GLENN术。结果死亡2例，循环衰竭和肾功能衰竭各1例。其余42例术后恢复顺利，患儿生活质量明显改善，胜任一般体力活动，发绀减轻，平均经皮血氧饱和度由术前（70．2±5．1）％，上升至（92．5±1．5）％。结论对于肺血减少型复杂先天性心脏病患儿，术中操作得当，加强术后监护，双向GLENN手术不失为一种可行的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of Bi-directional shunt (GLENN operation) in treatment of complicated congenital heart diseases(CHD). Methods The data of 44 patients with CHD were retrospectively analyzed in whom 39 patients underwent the procedure without cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).
