| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性咳嗽的病因.方法:分析105例门诊慢性咳嗽患者的诊断过程.结果:97.1%的慢性咳嗽患者得以确诊,其中感染后气道高反应性,鼻后倒流,变异性咳嗽,胃食道返流为其主要原因.结论:慢性咳嗽的病因多样,通过详细询问病史及实验室检查,大多数得以明确.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cause of the chronic cough.Methods To analyse the diagnosis course of 105 cases of patients with chronic cough in outpatient department.Results The cause of 97.1 perent of the patients who got chronic cough is clear,the primary cause of the disease are the airway hyperresponsiveness after infection,nose reflux,variable cough and gastroesophageal reflux. Conclusion The causes of the chronic cough are various.but most of them can be obtained by consulting and examination. |
