29例卵巢囊性畸胎瘤的超声诊断图象分析

经手术及病理证实的29例30个卵巢良性囊性畸胎瘤实时B型超声的检查结果,并将声象图象与病理所见进行比较。根据卵巢囊性畸胎瘤的超声征象,结合病理,大致分为三类:类囊肿型、类实性肿瘤型和混合型。后一类较为多见,特异性征象较多,对提示畸胎瘤的超声特征为:脂液分层征、乳头征、发球征及杂乱结构征等,并对这些征象与病理改变的关系进行讨论。

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of 29 Cases of Ovarian Benign Cystic Teratomas

Twenty-nine patients with benign cystic teratomas, which had been confirmed by surgery and pathology were examined with B-ultrasounal. The sonographic findings were compared with the pathological changes of teratomas. The ultrasonic fidings of the teratomas varied with their gross pathological changes, which could be divided into 3 echopatterns: (A) cyst-like pattern; (B) solid-like patter, (C) complex pattern containing both cystic and solid component. We believed that the complex pattern was the most common one with variant appearancs and more specific sonegraphic signs, which might indicate a teratoma. The following specific sonographic signs appeared to be very useful to differentiate a teratoma from other tumors:fat-fluid level, mural papilla sign. Olough sign, miscellaneous sinh, etc.The correlations between these signs and the pathological changes were also discussed.
