超声心动图及心电图在小儿室间隔缺损修补术前后的对比研究

目的探讨室间隔修补术前后超声心动图(UCG)及心电图(ECG)的变化。方法应用彩色多普勒超声仪及ECG描记仪对室间隔缺损患儿手术前后测量左心室内径、右心室内径、左心室容积、心搏出量等参数,并记录ECG。结果室间隔缺损术后UCG显示,术后左心室容积及心搏出量减少(P<0.05)。ECG显示右束支传导阻滞及ST-T改变明显多于术前(P<0.01)。术后3个月,ST-T异常大部分恢复正常,右束支传导阻滞部分恢复。结论室间隔修补手术后左心室负荷减轻,左心室容积明显减少。手术对心脏有一定损伤,心电图表现有ST-T改变及传导阻滞,但ST-T改变多为可逆性,右束支传导阻滞部分可恢复。

The study of changes in UCG and ECG before and after repairing operation of the ventricular septal defect (VSD) in children

Objective:To explore the changes of the Ultrasonic-cardiography(UCG) and the Electrocardiography(ECG) before and after the repairing operation of ventricular septal defect (VSD)..Methods:The apparatus of ECG and UCG were used to measure and record the diameters of left and right ventricle, the dimensions of left ventricle, the spout volume of heart and the ECG before and after repairing operation of the VSD in children.Results:The UCG showed that the dimensions of left ventricle decreased after repairing operation, spout volume of heart reduced at same time(P<0.05).The ECG showed that Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) and ST-T changes after operation were obviously more than those before operation (P<0.01). Three months after operation, the most of ST-T deficiencies recovered to normal.The RBBB recovered to normal partly.Conclusion:The burden of left ventricle apparently relieves, dimensions of left ventricle obviously decreases after operation. Although the repairing operation has the certain harm for heart and ECG shows the ST-T changes and RBBB, the most of the ST-T changes are of reversibility and the RBBB can be partly recovered to normal.
