笑气吸入在人工流产中的应用观察

目的 :探讨笑气吸入镇痛麻醉在人工流产中的疗效。方法 :将 10 0例人工流产孕妇随机分为对照组和观察组 ,观察并记录两组人工流产综合征(RAAS)的发生人数、手术时间、下腹部疼痛等情况。结果 :观察组发生RAAS的人数明显低于对照组 ,且手术时间缩短 ,下腹部不适感和疼痛感减轻 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :笑气吸入镇痛麻醉是人工流产手术理想的镇痛方法

Clinical Observation on N2O Inhalation Used in the Course of Artificial Abortion

Objective: to probe into the effect of N 2O inhalation as a way of analgesic anesthesia for patients undergoing artificial abortion. Method: a total of 100 cases were divided into both test and control groups randomly. Indexes including the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome (RAAS), duration of the operation, and lower abdominal pain of them were observed and recorded. Results: the incidence of RAAS in test group was less than that of RAAS in control group. Patients of test group had shortened operating time and with less lower abdominal uncomfortable and pain than those of control group had. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: N 2O inhalation is an ideal analgesic way for those undergoing artificial abortion.
