利培酮与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效对照

目的 观察利培酮与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法 口服利培酮或氯氮平各治疗精神分裂症25例，疗程8周，以PANSS评定疗效，以TESS观察副反应。结果 两药对精神分裂症均有较好疗效，利培酮副反应有EPS及失眠，氯氮平副反应有流涎、植物神经系统症状、过度镇静、白细胞减少及心电图异常。结论 利培酮与氯氮平疗效相近．但副反应小，为安全有效的一线抗精神病药物。

The Controlled Investigation of Risperidone and Clozapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect and the safety of Risperidone and Clozapine in the treatment of Schizophrenia.Method 25 Schizophrenia impatients were treated with Risperidone and another 25 with Clozapine for 8 weeks.Effects and side-reactions were evaluated with positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS)and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS).Results Both Risperidone group and Clozapine group is all effective in the treatment of Schizophrenia.The side-effects of Risperidone were EPS and lossing sleep,Clozapine group had sputum,symptoms of autonomic nervous system,over-sedation,reduced-leucocyte and EKG abnormality.Conclusions It is suggested that the efficacy of Risperidone in the treatment of Schizophrenia was similiar to that of Clozapine and produces fewer side effects,so it can be used as the first-grade anti-psychiatic drug.
