| 摘 要： | 报道了10例女性患因性虐待导致的阴道损伤；详细分析了致损原因、损伤程度、治疗方案、治疗效果，并重点介绍临床和心理护理技巧。认为对伤口及时缝合，充分的抗生素治疗，以及良好的临床护理和心理护理，帮助患树立正确的人生观，积极做好健康教育是治疗和预防性虐待致阴道损伤的关键。

| Abstract: | The authors reported 10 female patients with vagina injury caused by sex abuse, analyzed causing factors, injury degree, treatment plan and treatment effect detailedly, and mainly introduced skills of clinical nursing and mental care. They argued that timely suture of wounds, adequate antibiotic treatment, good clinical nursing and mental care, helping patients to have right life philosophy, and giving health education actively were key to treat and prevent vagina injury. |
