摘    要:目的:探讨规范程序带教法在儿科临床实习中应用的效果。方法:以病例分析测试、病历书写、患儿家属及实习生反馈为指标评价规范程序带教法的效果。结果:实验组病例分析测试和病历书写成绩显著优于对照组(P〈0.01);在患儿家属及实验组学生中进行问卷调查均认为规范程序带教法提高了实习生的综合素质。结论:规范程序带教法有利于提高儿科临床实习的效果。
