| 摘 要： | 作者对本院过去30年间,110例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤进行分析,注意到本病多发生于绝经前女性,女:男为26.5:1。结合文献复习,作者对本病的临床表现、病理改变以及治疗等进行了讨论。强调对局部切除者应密切追踪,男性有乳头溢液者应首先考虑本病之可能。

| Abstract: | Hundred and ten cases of intraductalpapillomas of the breast including 4 maleswere analysed. The most constant symptomof the disease was serosanguineous or bloodydischarge from the nipple(74 cases, 67.3%).A lump could be found in 73 cases(66.7%),only one patient suffered pain in thebreast. Operation were performed on all cases.Out of 73 cases that underwent microdo-chectomy had malignant change 3 yearsafter the operation.Patients must be close-ly followed up. When discharge from thenipple is discovered in the male, papillomashould be considered first. |
