替硝唑泡腾片联合雌激素软膏治疗老年阴道炎疗效观察

目的：：探讨替硝唑泡腾片联合雌激素软膏治疗老年阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：80例老年阴道炎患者随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组仅给予替硝唑泡腾片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用雌激素软膏治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、相关症状的变化、不良反应和复发率。结果：治疗后，观察组的总有效率、阴道健康评分、阴道脱落成熟指数明显高于对照组，阴道炎症评分、复发率明显低于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：替硝唑泡腾片联合雌激素软膏能够提高老年阴道炎的治疗效果，改善阴道健康状况，降低复发率。

CURATIVE EFFECTS OF TINIDAZOLE EFFERVESCENT TABLETS COMBINED ESTROGEN CREAM IN TREATMENT OF SENILE VAGINITIS

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of tinidazole effervescent tablets combined estrogen cream in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:80 cases of senile vaginitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were only given tinidazole effervescent tablets; the patients in observation group were also given estrogen cream on the basis of control group. The therapeutic effects, changes of related symptoms, adverse reactions and recurrence rate of patients in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate, vaginal health score, vaginal maturity index of patients in observation group were obviously higher than control group (P<0.05), the vaginitis score and recurrence rate were obviously lower than control group (P<0.05). There was no signiifcant difference between two groups about incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05).Conclusions:Tinidazole effervescent tablets combined estrogen cream can improve therapeutic effects of senile vaginitis, as well as can reduce recurrence rate and improve the vaginal condition.
