9组联合抗菌药物对多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌体外抗菌活性的研究

摘    要:目的评价9组联合抗菌药物对多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌的体外抗菌活性。方法利用琼脂稀释法,分别测定6种单药和9组联合用药对34株多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌的MIC值,计算FIC值,比较联合用药与单独用药的敏感率。结果 9种联合方案均具有一定的协同累加作用(协同累加率为53.0%~85.3%),单独用药的敏感率为8.8%~55.9%,联合用药的敏感率较单独用药比较有显著性提高(P〈0.05)。结论联合用药使抗菌药物的体外敏感性显著提高。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of 9 groups of antimicrobial agent combinations against multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentration of 6 single drugs and 9 groups of drug combinations against 34 strains multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa was determined by agar dilution method. Fractional inhibitory concentration was calculated. The sensitive rate was compared. Results The synergistic and additive antibacterial activity was observed in all combination groups (with range of synergistic and additive ratio 53.0%-85.3%). The sensitive rate of single drug groups ranged from 8. 8% to 55.9% and was greatly improved in the combination groups compared with the single drug groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Combination of antimicrobial agents significantly increases the sensitivity of multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro.
