某金铅有限责任公司职业病危害因素调查

目的了解某金铅冶炼厂职业病危害现状,为制定切实可行的职业病防治对策提供科学依据。方法对2007、2009、2010年该厂职业病危害因素监测与健康监护情况进行统计分析。结果生产环境中有害因素监测总合格率2007年为81%,2009年为92%,2010年为92%;其中铅尘合格率2007年为75%,2009年为100%,2010年为100%;铅烟合格率2007年为69%,2009年为96%,2010年为100%;健康检查结果显示,2007年接触的工人中检出铅烟(尘)疑似职业病人52人,检出率为16.67%;2009年检出疑似职业病人12人,检出率为5.58%。2010年接触的工人中检出铅烟(尘)疑似职业病人7人,检出率为6.48%。说明该单位2008年对设备改造有一定效果。结论该冶炼厂2009和2010年生产环境中有害因素监测总合格率虽然较2007年(81%)大幅提高,但噪声合格率仍偏低。该厂属于职业病危害严重的企业,应加强职业病危害因素监测与健康监护工作,切实保障劳动者的身体健康。

Investigation on occupational hazards in a gold and lead limited liability company

[Objective]To understand the status of occupational hazards in a gold and lead smelter,and provide evidence for developing practical occupation disease prevention strategies.[Methods]The data of occupational hazards monitoring and health supervision in this factory in 2007,2009 and 2010 were analyzed statistically.[Results]The total qualified rate of hazards in production environment was 81% in 2007,92% in 2009 and 92% in 2010;among which,the qualified rate of lead was 75% in 2007,100% in 2009 and 100% in 2010;that of lead fume was 69% in 2007,96% in 2009 and 100% in 2010.Health examination results showed that 52 lead fume(dust) suspected occupational patients(16.67%) were detected in 2007,12(5.58%) were detected in 2009,and 7(6.48%) in 2010 which indicated that the equipment modification had a certain effect.[Conclusion]Although the total qualified rate of hazards in production environment in 2009 and 2010 increased substantially,compared with that in 2007,but the qualified rate of noise is still low.This enterprise has serious occupational hazards,therefore it is necessary to strengthen occupational hazards monitoring and health supervision to ensure the health of workers.
