摘    要:目的:建立生活饮用水中铁含量的火焰原子吸收直接测定的方法。方法:水样加入La2O3做基体改进剂,优化仪器条件,直接将水样导入火焰原子吸收仪测定Fe含量。结果:该法线性范围为0.00 mg/L~2.00 mg/L,相关系数(r)为0.99962,方法加标回收率为96%~105%,RSD(%)为0.47%~1.85%,检出限为0.026 mg/L。结论:该法操作简单,检出限低,精密度良好,准确度可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To establish flame atomic absorption method for direct determination of Fe content in drinking water.Methods: La2O3 was added into water samples to optimize the instrument condition.Then Fe content was directly determined by flame atomic absorption meter.Results: The linear range of the method was 0.00 mg/L~2.00 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.99962.The recovery was 96%~105%,RSD(%) was 0.47%~1.85%,the detection limit was 0.026 mg/L.Conclusion: This method had the advantages of simple operation,low detection limit,good precision and reliable accuracy.
