| 摘 要： | 目的观察应用多西紫杉醇与奥沙利铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）联合治疗的临床效果以及毒副作用。方法对30例具有可测量指标的晚期NSCLC患者使用多西紫杉醇75mg﹒m-2,静脉滴注1h,d1,奥沙利铂130mg﹒m-2,静脉滴注2h,2d,21d为一周期,连用2周期后评价疗效及毒副作用。结果所有患者均顺利完成治疗,CR1例,PR14例,SD10例,PD5例,总有效率（CR＋PR）50%。常见的毒副反应为骨髓抑制,外周神经炎等。结论多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期NSCLC癌有效,患者耐受性较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and toxicities of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods All the 30 cases of advanced NSCLC with measurable indicators,docetaxel 75 mg/m2 was administrated in intravenous infusion at day 1 and oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 was administrated at day 2.All patients received chemotherapy every 3 weeks for two cycles.The clinical effect and toxicities were evaluated after two cycles.Results The response rate was 50%.The main side effects were inhibition of bonemarrow and poripheralneuritis.Conclusion Combination of docetaxel with oxaliplatin is effective to treat advanced NSCLC,with acceptable toxicity. |
