摘    要:目的:建立气相色谱法测定植物纤维食品包装中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的方法。方法:样品中的增塑剂采用正己烷溶剂经超声提取,提取液以硅胶固相萃取柱净化,HP-5毛细管柱分离,FID检测器检测5种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,外标法定量,质谱法确证。结果:各增塑剂的最低检出限范围为0.05 mg/kg~1.50 mg/kg,回收率范围为82.1%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为1.14%~3.07%(n=10)。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏,测定结果良好,可以作为植物纤维食品包装中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检验方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of phthalates in plant fiber food packaging materials by gas chromatography(GC).Methods: The phthalates in sample was extracted by ultrasonic extraction,using n-hexane.After ultrasonic extraction,extract was purified with Silica SPE,and then separated with a HP-5 capillary column and finally detected with FID.Results: The detection limit of this method was 0.05 mg/kg~1.50 mg/kg(S/N=3).The recovery rates were 82.1%~104.8%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.14%~3.07%.Conclusion: The method is convenient, rapid, sensitive and accurate,which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of phthalates.
