| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补阳还五汤加减治疗中老年不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效。方法：对照组给予西医基础治疗,包括抗血栓、抗缺血、降压、降脂及受体阻滞剂等综合治疗。治疗组在基础治疗上加补阳还五汤加减化裁。结果：治疗组临床疗效和心电图改善均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：补阳还五汤加减治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效确切。

Clinical observation on treating unstable angina with the Buyang Huanwu decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction on treating middle-aged with unstable angina.Methods: The control group was given western medicine treatment,including comprehensive treatment of the anti-thrombotic,anti-ischemia,blood pressure,lipid-lowering and blockers.Treatment group were treated with Buyang HuanWu decoction on the basic treatment.Results: The clinical efficacy and ECG improvement of the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on treating unstable angina is exact. |
