FT3、FT4、ESR、hsCRP在肺结核临床疗效中价值评价

目的：探讨血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（ FT3）、游离甲状腺素（ FT4）、血沉（ ESR ）、超敏C反应蛋白（ hs-CRP）在评价肺结核患者治疗效果中的临床应用价值，为肺结核的临床治疗提供依据。方法选择2012年1月-2013年5月我院收治的肺结核患者230例（分为痰菌阳性140例，阴性90例），分析抗结核治疗前后的FT3、FT4、ESR、hs-CRP变化。结果治疗前菌阳组与菌阴组FT3、FT4、ESR、hs-CRP比较，差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗后菌阳组中好转患者的FT3、FT4、hs-CRP值高于治疗前水平，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），未好转患者FT3、FT4、ESR、hs-CRP水平治疗前后无统计学差异（P＞0．05），菌阴组治疗前后FT3、FT4、ESR、 hs-CRP值差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论动态观察血清FT3、FT4、hs-CRP更能反映结核病患者尤其是痰菌阳性患者的治疗效果。

Evaluation of clinical application of free triiodothyronine,free thyroxine,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in treat-ment of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the application value of free triiodothyronine （FT3）,free thyroxine （FT4）,erythro-cyte sedimentation rate （ESR）,and high-sensitive c-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis . Methods 230 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013 （ 140 cases with smear-positive and 90 cases with smear-negative）were analyzed in terms of the variations of FT3,FT4,ESR and hs-CRP before and after treatment.Results No significant differences were found in FT 3,FT4,ESR and hs-CRP between the smear-negative group and the smear-positive group（P〉0.05）before treatment.FT3,FT4,and hs-CRP in the patients who improved after treatment were well above the level before treatment in the smear-positive group .The difference was statistically significant （ P0.05）.Statistical differences were not observed in FT 3,FT4,ESR and hs-CRP in smear-negative group before and after treatment.Conclusion Dynamic observation of FT3,FT4, and hs-CRP variations can more effectively reflect the treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis patients ,especially of the smear-positive ones .It is well worth clinical promotion and appli-cation.
