| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性颅脑损伤损伤后血清HCY和脂联素水平的动态变化及临床意义。方法选择92例不同病情的急性颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象，30例正常健康人作对照组，采用免疫法检测HCY，ELISA法检测脂联素水平。结果急性颅脑损伤患者血清HCY水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P＜0．01），且患者HCY水平与病情呈正相关；急性颅脑损伤患者血清脂联素含量明显低于正常人组（且P＜0．01），与病情呈负相关。患者脂联素水平和HCY水平呈负相关（r＝-0．6188，P＜0．01）。结论急性颅脑损伤患者血清HCY和脂联素水平的变化与病情的严重程度密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the dynamic changes and clinical significance of serum HCY and adiponectin （ APN） in patients with acute traumatic brain injury .Methods Serum levels of HCY and APN were determined in 92 patients with acute traumatic brain injury and 30 controls by immune method and ELISA .Results HCY level was significantly higher in the brain injury group than that in the control group （P〈0.01） and was positively correlated with the patients＇condition.APN level was significantly lower in the brain injury group than that in the control group （P〈0.01） and was in negative correlation with HCY level （r=-0.6188,P〈0.01）.Conclusion HCY and APN levels are related to the severity of patients with acute traumatic brain injury. |
