胱抑素C测定对评价糖尿病肾病肾功能中的临床意义

目的 探讨胱抑素C测定对糖尿病肾病肾功能评价的临床意义。方法 选取100例正常者，100例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象，分别测定其CysC、Cr、Urea浓度。结果 糖尿病肾病患者血清CysC、Cr、Urea的浓度均明显高于正常组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）；肾功能轻度异常组、肾功能中度异常组、肾功能重度异常组患者CysC、Cr、Urea浓度均明显高于正常组（P＜0.05），且随着病情的加重浓度明显增加（P＜0.05）；胱抑素C组阳性率明显高于血清肌酐组和尿素组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05），而血清肌酐组和尿素组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 胱抑素C 能很好地评价糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的变化，灵敏可靠，具有重要临床意义。

The Clinical Significance of Determination of Serum Cystatin C for the E-valuation of Renal Function in Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical significance of determination of serum cystatin C for the evaluation of renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 100 normal cases and 100 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were selected as the research subjects with the concentrations of CysC, Cr, Urea were measured. Results The concentrations of serum CysC, Cr, Urea in patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those in normal group （P〈0.05）; the concentrations of CysC, Cr, Urea of the patients with light abnormal kidney function, moderate abnormal kidney function and severe abnormal kidney function were significantly higher than those of the patients in the normal group （P〈0.05）, and the concentration increased significantly with the disease progressed （P〈0.05）;the positive rate of serum cystatin C group was significantly higher than that of the serum creatinine and urea group （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between serum creatinine and urea group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cystatin C can well evaluate the change of renal function in diabetic nephropathy, which is sensitive and reliable with an important clinical significance.
