妊娠合并阑尾炎患者围手术期的临床观察及护理

目的对妊娠合并阑尾炎患者围手术期的临床观察及护理进行探讨与分析。方法抽取该院在2011年4月—2013年4月收治的妊娠合并阑尾炎患者40例,依照随机对照的方式给予其中20例患者临床常规护理（对照组）,另20例患者在常规护理的基础上配合整体护理干预（观察组）,对两组的护理效果进行观察与对比。结果经护理之后,在新生儿体制状况上,观察组19例良好,1例较差,良好率为95%。对照组有12例良好,8例较差,良好率为60%,观察组显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;在并发症发生率上,观察组有2例,占10%,对照组有7例,占35%,观察组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;在心理情绪上,观察组19例良好,1例较差,良好率为95%。对照组有11例良好,9例较差,良好率为55%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。同时在护理满意度上,观察组要显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论实施整体护理干预,能够使妊娠合并阑尾炎患者的情绪得到快速稳定,使并发症发生率得到降低,能够对新生儿体制进行保证,有着十分重要的临床护理意义。

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Pregnant Patients with Appendicitis During Perioperative Period

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical observation and nursing of pregnant patients with appendicitis during perioperative period. Methods 40 pregnant patients with appendicitis admitted in our hospital from April, 2011 to April, 2013 were selected. According to the randomized controlled way, 20 patients（control group） were given clinical conventional nursing, the other 20 patients（observation group） were given holistic nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing effect of two groups was observed and compared. Results After nursing, in the aspect of newborn physique status, of the observation group, 19 cases were good, 1 case was poor, the good rate was 95%; in the control group, 12 cases were good, 8 cases were poor, the good rate was 60%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. In the aspect of incidence of complications, in the observation group, 2 cases had complications, accounting for 10%, in the control group, 7 cases had complications, accounting for 35%, the observation group＇s incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; On the psychological mood, in the observation group, 19 cases were good, 1 case was bad, the good rate was 95%. In the control group, 11 cases were good, 9 cases was bad, the good rate was 55%, a statistically significant difference was found between two groups（P〈0.05）;In addition, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing intervention, can fast stabilize the mood of the pregnant patients with appendicitis, reduce the incidence of complications, guarantee the newborn physique, which is of extremely important meaning for clinical nursing.
