AECOPD 患者血清 MMP-9、TIMP-1和CRP浓度联合检测的临床意义

目的：联合检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1（ TIMP-1）和C反应蛋白（ CRP）表达，探讨三者在AECOPD中的作用。方法观察组为AECOPD患者40例，选取我院同期体检证实为健康者40例为对照组。采用ELISA法检测2组人群血清MMP-9和TIMP-1浓度，采用乳胶免疫比浊法检测2组患者血清CRP浓度，进行统计学分析。结果观察组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和CRP浓度明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。观察组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1浓度和CRP浓度呈正相关（r1＝0．56，P＜0．01；r2＝0.60，P＜0．01）。结论 AECOPD 患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和 CRP 浓度显著升高，其可能与慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）的病情发展相关。

Matrix metalloproteinase-9,tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 and c-reactive protein in patients with acute epi-sode of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the role of matrix metalloproteinase-9 （ MMP-9 ） , tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 （TIMP-1） and C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients with acute episode of chronic obstructive publmonary disease （AECOPD）. Methods 40 patients with AECOPD treated in our hospital were selected as an observation group .At the same time,40 peo-ple confirmed to be healthy by physical examination were selected as a control group .Serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1levels were measured by ELISA ,and serum CRP levels measured by immune colorimetric method .Results Serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and CRP concentration in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Liner correlation analysis showed that in the observation group there was a positive correlation between serum MMP -9,TIMP-1 levels and serum CRP level （r1 =0.56,r2 =0.60,P〈0.01,P〈0.01, respectively）.Conclusion The increase of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and CRP levels might be correlated with the development of COPD .
