剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式和妊娠结局研究

目的 探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠的分娩方式选择及妊娠的结局。方法 随机于该院选取200例剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩的产妇，比较经阴道分娩及再次剖宫产的情况。结果 再次剖宫产组（RCS）娩出时间（12.6±2.3）s、产时出血量（391.6±31.2）mL，均高于首次剖宫产者（PCS）（5.4±1.6s,241.5±19.3）mL，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），阴道试产及再次剖宫产的新生儿状况无明显差异。结论 对剖宫产术后再次分娩者应合理选择行阴道分娩，以降低剖宫产率、减少母婴并发症。

Study on the Mode of Delivery and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnancy after Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the mode of delivery and pregnancy outcome of pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods 200 cases of puerperants underwent again delivery after cesarean section in our hospital were randomly selected. And the status of virginal delivery and repeat cesarean section was compared. Results The delivery time of RCS group was （12.6 ±2.3） s, amount of bleeding during labor was （391.6±31.2） ml, which were higher than the PCS group＇s （5.4±1.6s, 241.5±19.3）ml with statistically dif-ferences （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in neonatal status between vaginal delivery and repeat cesarean section. Conclusion For puerperants underwent again delivery after cesarean section, virginal delivery should be selected reasonably so as to reduce the rate of cesarean section and the complications of mothers and infants.
