摘    要:目的:分析不同分娩方式对初产妇近期排尿功能的影响,以供临床预防及产前宣教。方法将2011年6月-2013年5月在该院分娩的初产妇523例纳入该研究,根据分娩方式分组。A组为经阴道自然分娩,B组为剖宫产手术分娩。对比两组产妇产后近期排尿功能的差异性。结果与A组对比,该研究发现B组产妇尿潴留发生率较高;压力性尿失禁发生率较低,组间差异经统计学分析后认为差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇经阴道自然分娩后易发生压力性尿失禁,剖宫产手术分娩后易发生尿潴留,在今后产科的临床工作中应予以重视。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of different delivery modes on the short-term urinary function of primiparas for clinical prevention and prenatal education. Methods 523 cases of primiparas delivered in our hospital from June, 2011 to May, 2013 were included in this study and divided into group A and group B according to the mode of delivery. Group A underwent vaginal deliv-ery, and group B underwent caesarean operation delivery. The differences in postpartum short-term urinary functions of two groups of primiparas were compared. Results Compared with group A, we found that group B had higher incidence of urinary retention;stress urinary incontinence rate is lower, the differences between the two groups were significant by statistical analysis ( P〈0.05). Conclusion Primiparas with vaginal delivery are prone to stress urinary incontinence, while primiparas with cesarean delivery are prone to urinary retention, which should be paid attention in future clinical work of obstetrics.
