3M自粘弹力绷带在静脉留置针固定中的应用

目的：探讨3M自粘弹力绷带在静脉留置针固定中的应用效果。方法2012年12月-2013年5月在该科将住院患者400例随机分4组，分别观察透明敷贴使用效果、留置针脱管率、静脉留置针留置时间、病人舒适度。结果实验1组的脱管率2%（2/100）、5%（5/100）更换敷贴率明显低对照组10%（10/100）、36%（36/100）差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验1组的留置时间明显长于对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组2的透气性、脱落度、舒适度、便捷性评分均明显比实验组3高差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论该科将3 M自粘弹力绷带用于固定静脉留置针效果满意，既减少患者的痛苦，又为患者节约了费用，同时还减少了护士的工作量，值得临床推广。

Application of 3M Self-adhesion Elastic Bandage in the Fixation of Venous Indwelling Needle

Objective To investigate the application effect of 3M self-adhesion elastic bandage in the fixation of venous indwelling needle. Methods 400 cases of inpatients admitted in our department from December 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided in-to four groups. The using effect of transparent dressing, rate of remaining needles being taken off, indwelling time of venous in-dwelling needles and comfort level of the four groups of patients were observed. Results The first experimental group＆#39;s rate of re-maining needles being taken off was 2%（2/100）, dressing change rate was 5%（5/100）, significantly lower than the control group＆#39;s 10%（10/100）, 36%（36/100）, respectively,（P〈0.05）; the indwelling time of venous indwelling needles of the first experimental group was obviously longer than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the score of permeability, shedding degree, comfort, convenience of the second experimental group was significantly higher than that of the third experimental group, respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of 3M self-adhesion elastic bandage in fixation of venous indwelling needle in our department is satisfied, it can lessen the pain of the patients, economize the cost of the patients and reduce the workload of nurses, and is worth being popu-larized clinically.
