妇科恶性肿瘤及异常妊娠对上呼吸道感染的影响

目的：分析妇科恶性肿瘤及异常妊娠对住院患者上呼吸道感染的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2012年12月医院妇科6507例患者的资料。根据疾病性质分为恶性肿瘤组163例及非恶性肿瘤组6344例，其中非恶性肿瘤组又分为异常妊娠组2011例及非异常妊娠组4333例，统计分析恶性肿瘤以及妊娠因素对上呼吸道感染的影响。结果共发现上呼吸道感染患者22例，其中恶性肿瘤组3例，阳性率1．84％；非恶性肿瘤组19例，阳性率0．30％。恶性肿瘤组阳性率明显高于非恶性肿瘤组（χ2＝14．11，P＜0．01）；异常妊娠组11例患上呼吸道感染，阳性率0．55％，非异常妊娠组8例患上呼吸道感染，阳性率0．18％，异常妊娠组明显高于非异常妊娠组，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝6．04，P＜0．05）。结论恶性肿瘤以及异常妊娠患者处于免疫抑制状态，较其它病种更易导致上呼吸道感染。

Influence of gynecological malignant tumors or abnormal pregnancy on upper respiratory tract infection in hospital-ized patients

Objective To analyze the influence of gynecological malignant tumors or abnormal pregnancy on upper respira -tory tract infection in hospitalized patients .Methods Data of 6507 gynecological patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed .The cases were divided into a malignant tumor group （ n=163） and a non-malig-nant tumor group （n=6344） based on the nature of the disease.The non-malignant tumor group was further divided into an abnormal pregnancy group（n=2011） and a non-abnormal pregnancy group（n=4333）.Statistical analysis was conducted re-garding the influence of malignant tumors or abnormal pregnancy on upper respiratory tract infection .Results 22 cases of up-per respiratory tract infection were detected , including 3 cases in the malignant tumor group （positive rate 1.84%）and 19 ca-ses in the non-malignant tumor group （positive rate 0.30%）.The positive rate in the malignant tumor group was significantly higher than that in the non-malignant tumor group（χ2 =14.11,P〈0.01）.11 cases in the abnormal pregnancy group devel-oped upper respiratory tract infection （ positive rate 0.55%） in contrast with 8 cases in the non-abnormal pregnancy group （positive rate 0.18%） .The rate was apparently higher in the abnormal pregnancy group than that in the non -abnormal preg-nancy group.The difference was statistically significant （χ2 =6.04,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with malignant tumor and abnormal pregnancy are under immunosuppressive state .Consequently , they are more likely to develop upper respiratory tract infection than patients with other diseases .
