| 摘 要： | 目的 检测甲状腺病变中雌激素受体（ER）的表达,探讨其在甲状腺癌的临床病理的生物学性意义.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测ER在128例甲状腺良、恶性组织的表达情况.结果 甲状腺癌中ER阳性表达率明显高于甲状腺良性病变中ER的表达,且与甲状腺癌的组织分化程度、淋巴结转移相关,但与患者性别、年龄无相关性.结论 ER的检测可作为反映甲状腺病变良、恶性的一个生物学指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the expression of ER in thyroid carcinoma patients and explore the correlations of level od ER with clinical parameters. Methods Immtmohistochemical technique was used for detemination of malignant and benign changes of 128 thyroid carcinoma cases. Results The positive expression rate of ER in thyroid carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that of expression of ER in patients with benign thyroid carcinoma. The expression of ER was associated with the extent of tissue differentiation and lymphonode metastasis, but not assoicated with sex and age of the patients. Conclusion The detemination of ER can be used as a bilogical indicator for diagnosis of malignant and benign thyroid carcinoma. |
