| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨适用于基层医院检测囊虫抗原的方法。方法 囊液抗原致敏血球间接血凝（IHA）法，检测待检血清与含1：8＋囊虫抗体兔血清的混合液的抗体，低于1：2#为阳性。结果 检测未经治疗的囊虫患52例和用吡喹酮治疗后的患41例，阳性率分别为82.69%和85.37%。结论 囊液抗原致敏血球IHA法间接检测囊虫患血清特异抗原结果稳定，方法简便，临床符合率较高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method suitable for use in hospitals at grassroot level for detection of cysticercus antigen. Methods Sentilized blood cell with cysticercosis antigen was used to detect the specific antibody in the Sera mixture including the sera to be detected and the rabbit sera consisting of specific antibody of cysticercosis by the titer of 1:8. If the titer was lower than 1: 2 the sera was regarded as positive.Result Positive rate of the cysticercosis patients was between 82.69%-85.37% .Conclusion The IHA methos for cysticercosis sera antigen detection has the advantages of stable result, simple conduction and high clinic accordance rate. |
