| 摘 要： | 目的探讨川崎病患儿血脂变化与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法采用氧化酶法和GPO—POD酶法分别测定46例川崎病患儿及30例健康儿童的血三酰甘油（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）和高密度脂蛋白（HDL—C）。结果川崎病患儿急性期治疗前血TG、Tc及LDL—C增高，与正常对照组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），血HDL—C降低，与正常对照组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后未并发冠脉病变组TG、TC及LDL—C均较治疗前降低，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），HDL—C较治疗前升高，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；而并发冠状动脉病变组血脂各指标与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论血脂的动态测定可预测川崎病患儿并发冠状动脉病变的发生，有助于早期诊断。 |
