胃舒冲剂治疗消化性溃疡96例临床观察

目的探讨胃舒冲剂治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法,将188例消化性溃疡患者分为2组,治疗组96例予胃舒冲剂,每次1袋,每日3次口服;对照组96例予雷尼替丁胶囊,每次150mg,每日2次口服。2组均服药2个月,观察2组治疗前后证候疗效、胃镜疗效、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根除率及溃疡的复发率。结果治疗组临床症状总有效率90.6%,胃镜总有效率91.7%,Hp根除率65.2%,溃疡复发率9.7%,分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论胃舒冲剂治疗消化性溃疡疗效肯定,复发率低,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Investigation of peptic ulcer treated by Weishu powder

Objective To study the clinic therapeutic effect of Weishu power preparation for infusion on treating the peptic ulcer. Methods According to the "Randomized Number Scale", 188 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was administered with Weishu power preparation for infusion. The control group was administered with Ranitidine. Clinical symptoms changes, gastroscopy changes, Helicobacter pylori (Hp) changes and recurrence rate of ulcer were detected respectively. Results 96 patients in treatment group, the total effective rate of clinical symptom is 90.6%; the total effective rate in gastroscopic therapeutic effect is 91.7%; the clear rate of Hp is 65.2%; the recurrence rate of ulcer is 9.7%. There are obvious differences between the two groups. The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Weishu power preparation for infusion has positive therapeutic effects on peptic ulcer. The recurrence rate is low, this method deserves to use in clinic.
