室带肥厚的嗓音参数分析

目的　探讨室带肥厚患者的嗓音参数 ,包括频率微扰百分值、基频等 ,分析室带是否参与发音。方法　应用频谱仪和电子计算机对 30例声带无明显病变的室带肥厚者和 30例室带声带无明显病变的志愿者 ,测定基频、低音、音域和频率微扰百分值。结果　试验组的基频和低音明显降低 ,随室带肥厚程度的加重 ,微扰百分值的检出率有增高的倾向 ,而基频和低音频率则有下降的倾向。结论　肥厚的室带可能参与发音 ,使基频和低音降低

Vocal Parameters Analysis in Hypertrophic Plica Ventricularis

Objective To study the vocal parameters, including fundamental frequency,base,vocal range,jitter,in patients with hypertrophic plica vertricularis.Methods By using narrow band spectrum analyses and computer we studied the parameters in 30 patients and 30 normal controls.Results The fundamental frequency and bass were lower in diseased group.The percentage of jitter increased and the percentage of fundamental frequency decreased with severity.Conclusion The results suggested the hypertrophic ventricular fold disturbed the phonation,making the fundamental frequency lower.
